    Blackberry link has stopped working.
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

Uninstall Link from your PC. Reboot and download a new version from Cell Phones, Smartphones & Mobile Phones from BlackBerry.com
to install the new Link, attach USB cable and right click on the program and "run as administrator"
When opening the program for the first time, (if it doesn't open automatically) right click on the program and "run as administrator."

On your device, when asked, click "update drivers."
Once complete, Link should open (or manually open it) and go through the 3 steps to complete Link and that should do it.

If your device still isn't recognized.. unplug the cable from your PC and reboot your PC and your device.
Plug your device back into your PC and if Link doesn't open automatically (manually open it) and that WILL do it!

There is workaround available as per Blackberry. It has to do with a conflict with I-tunes.
