    I have been using BlackBerry Passport since last 6 months. But today I found out a weird problem. My keypad doesn't lit up and in darkness, it makes typing impossible.

    Restart the phone and it should light.

    There should be to be some kind of conflict between apps that affect the keyboard lighting

    Yes, I have been having this problem since day one with my PP. I have to keep tilting the device as I type to get the light to come back on. Re booting doesn't help.
