    I actually support 3 row keyboard. Now they need to figure out how to make symbols without actually using the virtual on screen row.

    CAPS should be swipe up and hold on the left most part of the keyboard.

    3 rows keyboard is great for English. For languages like Czech or Polish which use 4 row for accented characters, not so much.
    Combined with not-so-perfect vocabularies for non-english languages, for me, missing 4th row is one of the biggest drawback of the Passport.

    I know you're joking, but it brings up a point.

    If BlackBerry had never produced a keyboard phone before, nobody would even be asking this question. My take here is that many people don't understand why the Passport isn't more like "traditional" BB keyboard designs, but they don't get that it was never designed to be.

    The Passport keyboard is a new and distinct input method. It's an alternative to the traditional keyboard, not a replacement for it.

    It's amazing how fast I acclimatized to the new keyboard layout. I decided to try typing on the Q10 keyboard again yesterday after a week of using the Passport, and I found I was making all sorts of mistakes - hitting the wrong button when going for the space bar, trying to tap the screen to select a special character, thinking I could use the gestures, etc.

    I really love the Passport's keyboard - it combines everything I love about physical keyboards and the gestures I loved about the virtual keyboard.
