It's totally disgusting. What are the chances that this guy's original phone and EVERY replacement that BlackBerry gives him is defective? He has to be doing something to these phones. He's blamed it on a porn site, rhapsody or another music streaming site, and the latest is the sim card tray. It's insane.

I know BlackBerry customer service is lacking, but more than one defective phone one after the other? I doubt even BlackBerry would do that.

Yeah poi25 thought the same thing that's why I had to show the RMA from BlackBerry.

Yes SIM is shot. For no reason either.
I wish I could say it was me or some porn site. Than I wouldn't have to continue reloading the phone from scratch as BlackBerry suggests every time.

Let me know if you'd like the logs from the phones. Maybe you can figure out what's going on with the phones.

You have not shown that they have accessed your phone nor have you shown that there was intentional method to bypass authentication undetected.

The corniest line I've ever heard is "fade like white shadow".

You haven't proved anything except you made at least three different threads for the three different problems that you are blaming BlackBerry for. "I went to a porn site and my audio cut out". "I think an android app is cutting audio". "My sim card tray is broken". "I've returned the phone and have 500 RMA's that I can show you". "My white Passport USB is a different color..". "You want the logs?"

It's crazy how you lure other users into your pipe dream fantasy world of Passport problems. People here actually need help.

Just make ANOTHER RMA and keep having BlackBerry send you phones until they send you the perfect phone.

In my case, after I rebooted my classic, headphones began working again.
Moreover after my writting my previous post I realized about the cause, I plugged some crap headphones, those that some transport companies give to u gratis.
In fact, headphones failed also in a laptop
