Hi All! BB Link is updated on both my device and Laptop (HP Envy- Windows 7) BB Link recognizes the Passport, but I cannot set up any Syncing of the Media. Photos are stored on both the Media Card and on the "Camera" on the Passport...I moved photos out of the Camera and into the File Folder "Pictures". Still couldn't "see" them on BB Link on the laptop. BB Link has backed up the device to the computer and has performed a Sync of contacts and calendar...but nothing for media.

On the device, I have allowed media sharing with DLNA certified devices, I have allowed Device Connections...not sure what else to do.
Any thoughts? My Media card is pretty full from the transfer of Media of the old phone.
