    Hey folks. Been trying to connect my Passport to Blend for the last 2 hours. Using Windows 7 PC. Won't connect with either WiFi or through USB. It's pretty aggravating to say the least. The Blend "Help" or troubleshooting page is useless. I follow all the prompts, and nothing happens.

    Also, no matter what game (Jelly Cats, Fly Cargo etc) won't work on my Passport They seem to freeze and rest often.

    Any advice or info would be great.

    Current Software 10.3.0.908

    Is Blend turned ON on your phone? I believe you can only turn it on using the quick settings on the phone.

    What error message is Blend giving you ?

    Presume that you had rebooted both the phone and the PC as part of you trying to connect process.

    And have you got the latest updates installed ? You have not confirmed this for us.

    Everything is updated and current on both phone and PC. The message I get is "Cant Connect". That is with the USB Connection. It says "Antivirus or other software is preventing communications with your device" with WiFi. I got to the step where I had a code on the computer and on the phone, they matched, then nothing after that.

    BlackBerry Link worked no problem which makes this even more frustrating.

    I can't connect either...Link and Blend see the device, and it says can't connect via USB or WiFi. I have tried EVERYTHING.

    Are you connected to a VPN? If so you will not be able to connect.

    I'm at a loss. I've never had a problem using Blend. I'm also using Windows 7. I've used it so many times without any problems.

    Giving me trouble as well today. How many pc's have you previously used to connect your BlackBerry to blend? I am wondering if that could be the problem or just blend is down if that's possible
