    did you move your bbid account from bbm android to bbm bb10/os? if true, you have to wipe your device and insert the new/fresh bbid to your device again

    Hello my friend. Blackberry will close BBM in this year. I got news from blackberry office. If you login android app of blackberry bbm. You will not Login in blackberry OS of BBM anyone except you get a new blackberry ID.

    What version did you have before updating to 10.3.3.3216?
