Why is the battery so much faster on 10.3.1?

I mean why is the battery draining so much faster?

I have the official OS update from Rogers, not a leak. I installed it three days ago by accident!
Since then my battery drains much faster, even on stand by.
See attached picture. I did not do anything on the phone today!
Are android apps doing stuff in the background (I turned that off from settings) even though they are minimized (and supposed to be shut down?)
Is the android runtime to blame (does not appear so from screenshot)?
Anybody else experiencing this problem?
It was so much better in 10.3.0: excellent battery, no flickering, no keyboard problems at -10C, absolutely flawless phone since October and now this! No flash, poor battery,android runtime, android apps with permission to my files, and flicker sometimes!

Have you loaded the 2480 leak fix for the passport, it stops quite a few of these little problems. mine is working great,

Thanks for the answer. I hoped so.
I do not want to load leaks and I don't think I can load a leak directly to the phone. I only use Linux laptops and PC's. I cannot sideload from a PC.
So, I guess, what you are saying is that you had the battery problem and it went away with the leak.
Hopefully, Rogers will release the leak soon. I found a reasonable solution to the lack of flash with the photon browser, but the battery drain is unacceptably severe.

My battery is great, and does not drain any faster.

60 percent of battery usage for standby is certainly not normal. Try resetting your device! It happened to me one time. And it went away right after I resetted the device.

Thank you. I had to turn it on and off a couple of times before it settled down.
It no longer consumes battery while on standby. Seems to be back to normal now.

I spoke too soon. It's back again to its power draining standby mode.
10.3.1 is pathetic. No such problems in 10.3.0!
No flash and high power consumption on standby! Good job BlackBerry.

Seems to have finally returned to normal now. Back to where it was in 3.1.0.
