I'm hoping someone here might have a answer to this issue. I have set up my various email addresses in Passport, one Yahoo, two YMail, One gmail and my work (Outlook). I can send and receive through all the addresses over cell. When I'm at work and switch over to just WIFI (I can't receive cell service in my office, so no point in draining the battery searching for service) I can send and receive from all email except from my work email. Of course I get my work email on my computer but what is the fun in that. Now when I leave work and turn on my cell reception all of my work email is received.
Before I go to our IT guy and confess I've latched onto my work's WIFI (not exactly encouraged) I was hoping someone here might have a clue, is it a setting in my Outlook email program on the computer, a setting in Passport, or something Mr. IT has to do on his end.
It isn't that big of a deal while I'm at work, but in case I end up going out some place without cell service but with WIFI I would like to get my work email.
Thanks for any attempt to provide a answer.

Test it on wifi at home or somewhere else. If it works, it is most likely a DNS setting issue on your companies wireless routers.

Now I feel dumb that that simple test didn't occur to me. It works just fine at home. At least now I know it's not the Passport. I'll to mention it to our IT person.
    Thanks.

Update: I talked to our IT guy about not getting work email when on work WIFI. It is because I'm signed in as "Guest" (we really aren't supposed to be using work wifi, as long as we don't abuse it its fine). Her said if I can configure it for Enterprise it should work. Don't know how to do that. Also the emails that I get on my work address won't download over cell when I leave work, so those emails won't be on my phone later. I could try the email app I had on my Note2 that downloaded work email after I left work. If anyone has other suggestion I would appreciate it.

Sometimes ports are blocked via security protocols, see if there is another server or port?

Taut is exactly what he said, because it is because I'm using the guest wifi log in. It is for security to not have guests access to our email server. My other email addys work fine at work.
If I can configure my Passport work email for MS Enterprise then he said I should get the mails while on Guest wifi.
