    I'm having trouble purchasing apps on BB World. I have tried several different cards they all get verified but when I try and purchase an app I get an error saying (This Purchase could not be completed. Please select a different payment method).
    I don't have a Paypal account to try.

    I used to be able to purchase apps without any issues, anyone run into this and found a fix?

    I too have the same issue. Almost a year now. Haven't found a fix. Used n number of cards. No use.

    I've tried multiple cards, I've set up a new Blackberry ID account and still will not let me purchase any apps with a credit card?
    Anyone have any ideas?

    In my case worked this (strange) workaround:

    1) change phone language (Settings/Language and Input) - in my case from czech to english, for example
    2) realize purchase in BBW (without any issue!)
    3) switching language back

    Tried switching languages, no luck. I even had a new Classic same issues.
    Doesn't matter what kind of credit card I use get the same issue.

    Never was an issue purchasing apps at least when I used my Bold.

    Make sure your data is turned on. I get an error when mine is turned off.

    I called my card company and they told me that it was coming thru as a $0.00 purchase. I can't get anyone at @BlackBerryHelp to respond. Pretty much dead in the water at this point

    Still no luck with this, nothing seems to work. Isn't anyone else having the same problem?
    Cant seem to find any answers on BB help site. Tried different language, I have data, tried four different cc cards, still no luck.

    Tried turning Data off and on, as well as only Wi-Fi,tried another cc card as well as a debit card.
    Whatever I do I still get the same error message.

    (This purchase could not be completed. Please select a different payment method.)

    I don't have a problem either i have 3 options to pick from its either credit card, paypal or service provider (TELUS) ontario Canada. I have used PayPal and service provider and had no problems.
