    My Passport was purchased from Singtel; when I try to install Line Messenger
    I get the error message " Unavailable for this device".

    Appreciate guidance from any Singtel Passport users who have the same issue.

    Tell Line to update their support for it. They don't support BlackBerry 10 at all. You can try using their Android version.
