Works fabulously in Boston area. I'm looking forward to trying the Passport overseas with T-mobile's $10 international addon to the simple choice plan I have. This combination should make the ideal international business phone for travel.

What do you mean by $10 international addon?

With Simple Choice all international data and text are already supposed to be free in 100 different countries. Been that way for over a year now.

I have traveled extensively all over Europe and Asia during that time.

But I am curious if something has recently changed after trip to Hong Kong last week. After roaming worked flawlessly there on many previous trips with my Z10, all of a sudden on this latest trip with new Passport, I had constant problems connecting with any of the HK roaming partners.

My passport is working flawlessly in Los Angeles and all around southern california. In fact, I used to need wifi calling when I was at home due to a weak signal close to the beach where I live, but the signal is so strong on my passport, I dont even need wifi calling anymore? That solves that problem haha. Suck it Legere!

"Off topic" I tweeted john Legere recently that he should try using the passport next time on his run after he tweeted that he busted his iPhone when he fell during jogging in central park. I never did get a follow up from him. Go figure!

Ha nice work Don. Legere is such a ******!

Got my phone on Sunday and using it on Tmobile's network. So far, great 4G/LTE coverage; better than my Z10. I miss wifi calling but this is not a deal breaker. I have had so many people stop to inquire about this phone, including the Tmobile store rep! Absolutely love my Passport!

Works great in KC metro area but at my house! It was never an issue as my previous phones were WFC capable. Got TMO free signal booster and it is helping a little bit. At least I am no longer see occasional lost signal symbol on the top right corner. However the boost signal isn't stable. It cycles from 2-4 bars.

As for international traveling, so far I have yet run into any serious issues connecting to the network in UK, Poland, Turkey, Singapore, India, Thailand, Swiss, Germany and Brazil.

I just returned from Jamaica and enjoyed free data roaming and text while there. I got 4G service there and remained in contact with everyone while I was there.

Working great here in Western Colorado. No wifi, but T'Mo gave me a free wifi hotpot cell router that I'm going to try in my office to boost me signal so not worried about wifi calling!

You will need a signal booster not a personal cellspot. The latter with do if you have Tmobile WFC capable phone.

Shouldn't have to go through side loading etc. When you have two very capable companies
