I started a thread yesterday about my Passport crashing. I reboots itself constantly, reaches 100% during the restart sequence, and won't go any further. Since I posted that thread others are now having the same issue. So sound off who is also having this issue, what may have caused our new Passports to crash and how we can get BlackBerrys attention on this issue!

This is happening to me right after ATT incorrectly pushed an update. Now it is in a constant boot loop.

Try holding the volume up and down buttons in together until the screen goes blank or you see the loading circle.

Not even once. Did you download a crummy Android app?

Could it be that it's the AT&T update that's the problem? I'd try going back to the official OS version. I've had no reboots on mine at all and I've had mine since the day after launch.

Not me, then again, I don't have AT&T, try wiping and re-installing the OS, the one before the update or you can install the latest leak

It's odd that this issue suddenly surfaced to a fair few users this week.

Happened to me too. I noticed by BBM and Viber app were struggling to connect so restarted the phone. It then got stuck in an infinite boot cycle and I had to reload the software through link.

To make it worse, Link on PC wouldn't work but luckily it worked through my Mac.

I am not on ATT and haven't downloaded any amazon tore or android APP. Haven't been able to reload the OS yet as I am currently flying cross country.

I just posted something about this earlier because I didnt see this thread. My phone was stuck in this all day and I needed it for work. I came home a reloaded 10.3.908 and phone is back to normal. I thought it had something to do with the fact I was running 10.3.1.1151. I am also on ATT.
