There is no way this feature is there and BlackBerry didn't announce it or make any deal about it...

Plus it isn't in any of the listings...

What a pity, yesterday i received my Passport and was trying to implement some Qi charging with accessory charging coil, but removing back plate seems to void warranty.

What about a Qi-charging case that connects to the micro USB port? The case can have a micro USB outlet for Slimport, USB host and charging option.

I tried that for my Z10 and Z30, but it's not good as you always need to connect things to the USB instead of the adaptor for the coil.

It was clearly unpractical. Much better if it is done natively.

Anyway, it was slow to charge and pretty energy inefficient.
