I just got my Passport and it's doing alright. I have noticed some screen lift (but ever so slightly) and twisted my device's metal frame it it kinda fixed the issue. Is anyone NOT having a problem with their device?

Zero issues other than the carrier (AT&T) having the wrong APN entered on unboxing.

Haven't had any problems what so ever apart from the odd flashing which has never come back since the last software update. It's a gem of a phone.

I bought my passport as soon as they became available through Shop BlackBerry last year. I have used it every day since 16+ hours a day. It has taken it share of bumps and bruises but it has never hiccuped once. It is the most reliable and sturdy phone I have ever used.
I read some of the complaints on this forum and I ask myself am I just lucky or are they the unlucky ones?

Got it on the very first day from carpenter warehouse, September 2014, no problems at all. If anything it is the contacts doubling up. This has to be the software or the setting up by myself. Not the fault of my Passport

    Love it.

My only problem is putting it down! I've had my Passport for 6 months with no problems at all. Since getting this phone I hardly ever use my laptop or my tablet, I do most of my work email on it too, it's a fantastic bit of kit.

I'm on my 2nd Passport, the AT&T variant, and no issues with it. For 9 months, I had the original version, which I lost 2 weeks ago, but no issues with that one either.

The only problems have come from the OS leaks that I've tried. One had a really slow camera response, and one decreased battery time a bit. The current version (PassportSQW100-3/10.3.2.2339) is great!
