Purchased on the release day in Canada...September 24th? No issues

Had the original since Nov, no problem until it took a dip in the pool. Then we had major problems (obviously).
Went to ATT store bought a varient version. Also bought a new one from blackberry (always wanted to try out the white). Also filled out a warranty replacement on the water logged one. Figure I would do a hunger games version and keep the best and sell the rest.
Black original since Nov - no problems
White original - some keys were very tough to press, returned within 30 days. I was really rooting for this one, beautiful phone.
Black new ATT - perfect. No problems, better than original
Black ATT replacement - keys a little less clicky but works well. Plan to unlock and sell.
So 3 I would've kept but the one I really wanted to work had to be returned.
Welcome to blackberry, function over form.

Finally pulled the trigger in April. Purchased from shopblackberry.com with $100 USD off special. No problems,no issues at all so far with the exception of the learning curve on the PKB.
Been a BlackBerry PKB user for about 15 years or so. Took me a few weeks to transition to new style keyboard.
Passport. If people understood how good this device is....
Mine has been mostly great. It did get slightly twisted, though I don't know when because I couldn't tell until I took it out of the case. Doesn't affect usage and it is a great device.

Nobody if they examine it properly as I believe all have the screen lift issue.
For those in doubt, look at the right side of the screen where the edge meets the fret. Half will be slightly higher than the other side.
Look at the top right corner. 100% will notice that the right top corner is slightly higher than the left ( one needs to hold the phone at eye level, with the phone horizontal. The key marker is the plastic edge that site on top if the I-beam. This should be about 1mm or so higher than the glass. If you look, you will find that your phone's screen is higher on the right than on the left.
Also, charge the phone or get it to something that makes it generate heat and you will discover that the screen becomes soft and moveable. Once it's warm, press down on the right top or on the left and you will see the screen is effectively floating. Clip on a clothes peg ro the top right during a full charge or anything that makes it hot, leave to cool, remove the peg. Screen will have become recessed.
I'm sitting here with another seven empty boxes of Passports. I had to mess about with all of them to get the screen to eventuality sit flat and 1mm below the too edge.
Terrible quality, terrible management.
Can't wait for next iphone which when released will have a filing system and the ability to attach multiple documents to emails.
Once this is released, there will be nobody who will need BlackBerry.
Again, my prediction is this:
1) by last Q 2106 BlackBerry shares will be 2-3 USD.
2) BlackBerry will have released their last handset ever - the slider that nobody will buy. ( it will sell under half a million worldwide during its entire life)
3) Chen will have made millions.
4) 2017 BlackBerry will no longer exist as a mobile phone provider.
Just my opinion. Don't want it to happen, but as a CEO myself, I can't understand how a company supposedly struggling for survival could ignore the massive design fault of their flagship model.
Business is pretty simple. Listen to your customers and watch your opposition.
Cheers,
Chris.

Zero problems. Best phone EVER.
No hardware problem. None. Build quality is very good. Some softwares 10.3.1 glitches which but was resolved with the last official upgrade. I find it much more reliable than android and ios
I find some small percentage of people in this forum keep trolling and complaining and recommending ios. I think they gotta have some agendas and very unreliable and untrustworthy.. just saying
No problemo

Zero problems with AT&T model. Working perfectly one month in.

Got a Passport for about a year, the best, by far, phone in the market.
The only annoying issue I have is BBM won't work on my network due to a stupid blackberry engineering decision (can't choose BIS or internet connection), no support from them on this matter.
I would like to see a smaller, rounded corners with numeric keyboard passport.
Since March. No issue whatsoever.
I wish anyone would post a picture of the screen lift issue.
