I had the flashing hub after the last few updates. Phone would get super hot, and shut down the browser. I did a security wipe, total OS reload. That fixed it. No problems since.

I just got my Passport and it's doing alright. I have noticed some screen lift (but ever so slightly) and twisted my device's metal frame it it kinda fixed the issue. Is anyone NOT having a problem with their device?

You don't give enough detail. How long has your phone been in use? What version is your Passport: an ATT, an unlocked, SE, Red, White????

I've owned three Passports and not one had physical defects. All mine have been the Black Unlocked versions. I'm using one now that was listed as New on Amazon for about four months now.

Flashing HUB has been shown to be caused by Face10, mine started doing that one month ago, one month after buying Face10, did a search and read it was happening to many. I fixed mine by deleting and reinstalling F10, plus F10 notification went out a few days ago to update, delete F10, reinstall and open select Pro version in set up then a message comes up to recertify, If you paid for it. Good luck!

Well I guess That I should have kept quiet? Last night I started having sim card problems. I can't get AT&T on the phone or chat...Due to heavy call volume! The display says emergency calls only, If someone calls they get 2 rings then voicemail, I can't text either. I wish the Z10 used the same size sim card, so I could verify if it is a device or sim card issue.

I managed to shatter the screen...tricky, but I did it. replaced now and back to its former glory! also, I had a sim slot issue...look for gold foil bunched up at the opening of the sim slot. that came off the card, no fault of the phone!

Thanks I'll check that. I went to the at&t store and tried a different sim there, then later I chatted with a rep and she tried to reactivate the sim. Right now I'm using the old Z10. Which feels so small compared to the Passport!

I purchased my SE in August of 2016. Everything has been terrific, except for the following:
1. The Spell check has been inconsistent from the beginning. I am comparing it to my Z30, which was much considerably more intelligent and accurate. The SE spell check is just dumb. It only capitalizes some months, some names and does identify mis-spelled words, but doesn't auto-correct many.
2. Last month my 64G SD card dumped all my photos, music and docs. I couldn't understand what had happened, until I noticed in my Notifications Alerts that a new Media Driver had been auto-downloaded on the same day my data vanished.
3. Yesterday my wife texted me. Today she asked why I hadn't responded. I said that I hadn't received her text. I checked my Hub and no text was shown. I had been in a basement where there is no signal when she sent the text. I asked her to send me another text, so I could see when my phone would print the time stamp. She sent the new text, but when I received it, the entire history of our text conversations was erased. This is a problem!

So I am experiencing some unfortunate reliability anomalies that are definitely of concern to me. I don't care about Apps and Games, etc, which is why I moved from the iPhone to Android to BlackBerry. If this keeps up, where do I go? This is the best phone/Smart device I have used. Please don't fail me Passport. Any thoughts or similar experiences?

I bought mine a few months ago and just activated it a couple of weeks back, no major issues here to report. Loving this phone more and more every single day, completely pleased with the purchase throughout.

Did have a minor issue with the headphone but just bought a new one and problem solved.
