Have had the ATT Passport version with no issues. Traded that one for the Passport SE and had one minor issue, returned for a replacement, no issues since.

    Great device!!

Now after many weeks of my SE and extensive use... zero problems. I even have a far stronger understanding of how critical the physical keyboard really is for me, someone who relies on emails from my device as a professional communication tool. And the speed, the audio, the incredibly innovative keyboard, the screen quality - incredible device. My only quibble is that the device is heavy, and a touch difficult to hold so my hands/fingers are sort of tired after typing long emails.

    1. Can't figure out how to lock phone to portrait. It keeps going to landscape

    2. With update. Around. 6 mo ago. If u put something on back lens. Entire fone blacks out.I read it was do to update but they never fixed.

I've had my Passport since it's release with absolutely no problems at all! "Best phone on the planet!" I don't care that it doesn't have a billion apps, cause I don't have a billion dollars anyway, nor do I have the time to review a billion apps! This phone gets the job DONE!

The 'problem' is probably rely upon on individual judgement.

You see, without fully functional apps of some commonly and very popular apps may never be a 'problem' to other but big deal to other.

A screen lift of less than 1mm is probably tolerable to other and had no issue with it but again, it is considered 'problem' by other.

A lag on browser may not be a 'problem' to you, but it is an entire issue to other.

A poor camera focus may not a 'problem' to us but big problem to other.

A heating issue is probably not considered as heating issue to us but that's hell to other.

The square bulky size of Passport may not be convenient to other but it is OK and very acceptable to other.

But one thing for sure is, we will have 'problem' if you are going to insist on each individual that, that is not a problem or issue when it is for them... same for insisting to other that it is a very big problem or issue when they are willing to replace their Passport because of that problem / issue...

No problems and I've had it since the first release with Telus in Canada. Just yesterday I dropped it for the first time, no case, and it landed flat on the face on ceramic tile...it made such a loud slap on the tile I thought for sure the screen was fubar! Nope, picked it up and it worked like a charm and came out unscathed nare a scratch. Couldn't help but think...oh yeah, it's a BlackBerry!

Black Passport carrier issued no problems.
Red Passport from shop BlackBerry had some build issues but not with OS
Now have the silver Passport and not a single issue with hardware or OS.

The silver Passport has been far the best phone I have used.

I started out with the OG Red when they launched. Now I also have an AT&T wireless charging model. I have never had any issues with either model. No double typing, screen lifting or any of the other half dozen issues I have read about. This phone is legit and should be in the hands of anyone who wants to be productive, while maintaining security and awesome battery life and hands down the fastest and easiest OS out there.
