I just got my Passport and it's doing alright. I have noticed some screen lift (but ever so slightly) and twisted my device's metal frame it it kinda fixed the issue. Is anyone NOT having a problem with their device?

It's running great no screen lifting no double typing dropped couple of times from about 4-8 feet nothing happening to it just one scratch on the right side I have about 9 andriod apps installed and 6 bb native apps including games and I always have all 8 open tabs 1 for facebook page manager(andriod) instagram(andriod) music app,browser,managa rock(andriod) and others are mostly games the phone only heats up on the back top right side when the battery is below 20 percent

no problems here, closest would be some android games killing battery (but it happens on android phones too) and android apps "refreshing" when reopening instead of going to where I was
just wish it had like a 10x optical zoom on camera >.>

Can you explain this a little more? There's a big difference between 4 and 8 feet. You're not sure how far it fell? Did you not see it drop? I can't imagine the horror of dropping this thing from 8 feet. What did it land on?
BTW no issues with my passport - best damn phone made today.

I purchased mine in late September launch. I had the screen lift issue after four months. I contacted BlackBerry and they created a ticket RMA. Had my device replaced at no charge. They did advise me to take the device to a cell phone repair shop to have it re glued. I told them absolutely not I bought it from them that they should repair it she agreed. So far so good I had no performance issues with the first or second so far. Knock on wood.
