    Hey guys, my passport unfortunately crashed the floor yesterday! Due to its stable build it works perfectly fine but the sim door got serious cuts!
    Does anyone know where you can get a replacement?

    I'm aware of the old threats on the BlackBerry Website, maybe someone knows something new!

    I don't think that I'm the only one who needs a new sim floor!

    Seems like there's a lot of us out there...

    A little plastic piece worth a dollar makes a 650 dollar phone look screwed up...

    The back cover got wobbly after opening it only about three times. My passport had never been dropped, and still developed the issue.

    Two posts above yours, passport1 mentions he had BlackBerry send him a new one. He contacted them through the BlackBerry Support phone number.
