I'm sure lots of people know, but none of them are allowed to tell you!

Should be this month officially, but when you get it, will depend on your carrier.

I don't understand why BlackBerry keeps the date as a secret. It has nothing to do with nuclear weapons or something like that... And maybe it would be a sales booster...

They make a public projection of some available date and miss it (maybe some last minute bugs are found and force them to delay the release) it will widely be seen as a failure. The perception of this would harm blackberry's already damaged reputation. I would assume that the company has decided that it is not worth the risk.

    Patience is a virtue.

No hurries to receive 10.3.1 since 10.3.0 works fine. But it's funny that a flagship has to wait for an already available SO version.
All manufacturers play the same game and BlackBerry should overperform others to recover lost reputation..

I gave up stressing on the "when". If it comes, then good. Until then, I'm ok.

My opinion is that 10.3.1 have a lot of unsolved bugs and until they manage to eliminate bugs, no update

But 10.3.1 is already running on BlackBerry Classic. Do Classic users report bugs?

Take a look at the first part of this article:
From the Editor's Desk: Classic, 10.3.1, CES, MWC and more! | CrackBerry.com
Sometime in February is the earliest we can expect the official roll-out, based on current official info. (Although there are many unsubstantiated rumours floating about.)
As we have too many threads discussing this already, thread closed.
