You have the BlackBerry 10 version of whatsapp and video call it is not available in there. if you would like video or non video call you should install android whatsapp apk from whatsapp site, but in that version you cannot share media. Your call...

Well, definitely u can. im just wondering if you can switch one phone number between two whatsapp apps. if not it will worth adding another number just for validating process in the android apk.
