I have my Passport for 3 weeks. The OS update notification didn't appear on my device. I installed Whatsapp and I can not set my profile picture. I set a picture but it does not show up. It is the latest Whatsapp version in BlackBerry World.
What's wrong and what's a remedy?
Passport is a once life opportunity.
Check setting and or permissions. Or maybe delete and download again and make sure you checked off all the permissions
