Hi

As BB10 whatsapp is now officially dead I have had no option than to download the android version from the google playstore, as I can not send media files I downloaded whatsfixer from BlackBerry world now can someone please explain to me what's exactly happening here, I follow all instructions an click the ' Fix Whatapp' but then if you click on the link it then goes on to tell you to move files around, download another programme and so on. So what has the whatap fixer done by selecting fix what's app, I am totally confussed!!

Are you sure you have the right app? I'm using "Whatsfixer", seems to work fine.

BlackBerry world whatsapp should be deleted. Then all the process, then a restart after the fix.

On my Passport, just downloaded direct from the Browser
Typed in Whats App download, it offers either Android or Apple, choose Android and it works
Simples..no Google Play needed

I download the latest whatsapp on my classic and it had issues, such as not sending videos no matter the size and no voice notes either. So I tried version 2.17.427 and it works perfect.

If anyone knows of a newer version that works just as good on a Classic, I'll be glad to know.

Yes I'm using Whatsfixer, I follow all instructions on the app am I also supposed to go through the BG Shell method which is bizarrely where I get stuck I cannot seem to get the _ /underscore) key to work, does anyone else have this issue on the passport?

Can you explain what you done after downloading whatsfixer which is what I have, I closed the app, and hit fix what's app is that all I do. As after that I tried to go through a very complex procedure which was a link, it had me moving files around and downloading BGShell and changing the directory. Is this what you done as well?

I'm using 10.3.3.1435 I finally got it on my phone, I'm not quite sure how I did it, kept fiddling between my browser and the fixers. It has a whole different look and I haven't been able to send a pic but have received a video! Can I get it into my BB hub? Do I need to keep those fixers in my phone now?
