I'm still getting used to the keyboard, I'm a bit slow right now. Feels a bit cramped too right now as well. Hopefully my experience improves.

I'm still slower than when I had my Z30, but FAR more accurate. I'm at a point now where I don't even have to review what I wrote. With the Z10/Z30 and the swiping, I still had to review what I wrote and correct any errors. I'm coming from a 9900 to a Z10, then Z30, then Passport. I missed the QWERTY. Though the experience is different than that of a 9900, I still think I prefer it to the virtual.

A bit slow compared to others actually. Yes, there are a lot who scored higher on a passport.

Not bad, but it includes a lot of capital letters, ,':!?. And other symbols from above the physical keyboard.

Slightly faster then I did on my Z10, but a million times more accurate.

It honestly took way longer to fully adjust to the keyboard then I though. I felt like after two weeks or so I was used to it, but I kept getting faster and more accurate .

I can just about touch type on it, which I haven't been able to do on a phone since '07.

    Edit: 56 WPM

I rock a Classic, so a bit different. It's weird - I'm not very fast and I can't touch-type. I have to watch the keyboard.

I am not nearly as fast as a kid on a virtual keyboard (I'm 55), but I LOATH using a virtual keyboard, unless it's on a tablet. I have both a Playbook and an iPad - I can tolerate using those because of the landscape and predictive typing.

So, even though I'm slow on the pkb, it's still the only way that I want to go!

I average around 55-60 wpm on my Passport, closer to the sixty side of that on the classic, but not as accurate... can't beat the feel of real alt and shift keys though.

I didn't think I'd have the same speed on both keyboards. My onscreen writing speed has drastically decreased, the screen is just to cramped for me. Passport accuracy is on spot though. Now and not Joe.

Sure, age has to do with typing speed......

I'm 23 and I'm not really fast with typing. I'm faster on the Passport than on any virtual keyboard or laptop keyboard but I'm not nearly as fast as most other younger people. Whilst my granddad is 82 and he types quite fast on the virtual keyboard of his Lumia 1550. What does that tell you?

Just got my PPSE a few weeks back so it will only get better.

Just tried on my Z10 and it feels impossible to even type on the thing. To be fair, I was faster when it was my everyday phone. Also, I used to think that the Z10 was snappy. Damn, it feels so sluggish now after upgrading.

I think that I can type pretty fast on my Passport. I've never timed myself but I feel myself flying through messages and not having to look at the screen or the keyboard when I type like I do when I use the six plus.
