    Bought my passport in March of this year via Amazon India. Couple of months later I observed bright white spot on dark backgrounds, I said it's okay, it's just a spot. Then again a blotch of white spot at three more regions on my screen. I lost my passport charger, so I bought a new BlackBerry charger which was working fine,but now it takes more than 6 hours for 100% charge and the charging is dropping percent by percent in minutes though mobile is in stand by mode. I love my passport :'( suggest what to do..!!!

    Call Amazon. If Amazon was the seller it is responsible for warranty service.

    Already did, they provided me list of BlackBerry service centers in my city. 3 out of them are out dated addresses.!!! And I can't find the manufacturer warranty :/

    I had an issue with the Bluetooth module in my first Passport. After several months I called Amazon (I bought it direct from Amazon) and told the Customer Service rep the issue. The new Passport was in shipping that day and I got it the next day. Amazon is responsible for the warranty service, not BlackBerry. Of course that is if your phone is still within the Amazon warranty period.

    Contact them again and update THEM ! Request tangible service ... if your still in warranty. imho
