Thanks, but been there, done that and no luck. Tried sec wipe
and reload OS too. Mine isn't as bad as others, like I said calls ok, just text / email etc and even with these the volume is about two thirds. Would normally be loud enough for most people but I work in noisy environments so I need it loud.

The update reset my battery cycles back to 1. Now I can say I have a brand new phone.... lol

Does anyone know if the audio quality issues were finally fixed with this update? When I had the Passport the volume seemed very low and there was little Bass. Hoping it gets fixed, seeing as the classic had great audio output through the headphone jack.

Would love to purchase this phone again.

That was not a problem. You had a faulty passport.

Maybe, I went through three of them, thanks to Amazon, and nothing changed between them. The low bass was noticeably in a car using the AUX port.

The profile volume & app (emails, text etc) notification volumes are now separate.

Select "customise app notifications", then select the app you want to adjust the volume for


Once in the app, switch on "override profile volume" & the slider will appear for you to adjust the volume
