    app developer made a lot of promises he didnt deliver. I had some issues with the app it took me awhile to pull the trigger gladly he gave me the refund immediately.. seems like he's busy making money again on other platform

    Are they unlocked?

    Carrier sold devices will have to wait, maybe forever.

    If you have phones you bought directly from BlackBerry or Amazon that are unlocked... you might have to give it some time, as BlackBerry is probable trying to roll these out in such a way it doesn't overload their update servers.

    The download took quite a while, so maybe they're still a bit overloaded...

    WiFi Calling works on T-Mobile, which to me is worth the price of admission.

    Unfortunately for me (and perhaps others), txt messages don't work correctly in Wi-Fi Calling mode. However, on T-Mobile USA, txt'ing is free internationally, so I end up using a combo of txt'ing via mobile and voice via Wi-Fi Calling, when traveling abroad.
