Does your head unit support exFAT volumes? Did you try with any SD card over 32GB?
Besides my 200gb Sd card, no. But I formatted the 200gb using the Passport so at least both cards were formatted the same way.

I'm not sure if the head unit supports exFAT volumes. Is this a factor after the reformat was done?

By default any SD card over 32GB is exFAT formatted (be it formatted from factory or from most disk tools); formatting your 200GB in your Passport reformats it as exFAT.

Try manually formatting your SD card to FAT32 (Fat32Formatter).

Where is this found? Is it based on 128gb card that the specs mention or was this published somewhere?

When OS 10.2 came out that was published as being the new recognized ceiling. Apparently according to BlackBerry directly, 128gb is supported:

Personally rather have 1TB on my phone so I shall never move around with a 2.5 kg laptop!

I am using 128 GB card in my Passport SE doing perfectly well. 128 GB is readable, above would not be readable, I guess.
