    Anyone figure out the sound notification on the passport and the What's App? Do you turn one off, leave both on??? Vibrates well, no real sounds coming from messages...thx

    Hello go into settings sliding down from above, select profile normal, select customize app notifications, scroll down find whatsapp, now you have all the settings for: notifications, sound, vibrate, led / color. Good luck

    Done all that, there is a notification on What's App also, which one makes it work properly?

    On whatsapp leave on if you want preview messages and sound also leave on. The ringtone is the one you selected in Passport settings.
