I have just got a Blackberry Passport Silver Edition. I'm new to the entire Blackberry World. So any suggestion would be appreciated!

Use the phone as is for now till you get use to it. After about a week or two you should have a feel for how the PP works. Than you can look for app.

I would say ClipMan, and not only since it was me which has developed it.
You've got the suggestion already above and when you check the reviews at BlackBerry World you might see how essential it is to have it on your BlackBerry. It makes a lot of tasks even more easy to handle and it increases your productivity on your BlackBerry. You will see at a later point if you might need and use stuff like BlackBullet and the pushbullet.com network.

Congratulations to the Passport SE by the way. Great choice!

I wouldn't recommend that at all, seems shaggy and fully of adds (at least when I had it) and if you want droid apps, do the stuff by cobalt, nothing else!

I guess it depends on what you really need

I recently set up my SE... I had to install :

    Blackberry Travel
    Kobo
    AirCanada
    CB10
    BeWeatherPro
    Anytime
    Telus account manager
    OneDrive

Nothing else... maybe I'm just boring
I use the native Twitter, LinkedIn, PIM

I deleted all the others such as Facebook, Box...

ClipMan is worth every cent, should be preinstalled on every device! (no joke!)
