The Passport is my first Blackberry device, and I absolutely love the picture password option. I was curious as to what picture/photo the rest of you good Crackberry patrons use for your security needs? Is it a photo you've taken? Is it one of the default pics provided? Is it a wallpaper you've downloaded off the interweb?

    Here's mine:

Wow surprised this thread didn't any traction. Took this at Disney with my trusty Q10 in August.

Honestly, i haven't used picture password since it was first introduced, but since there isn't a simple password function for the Passport, if i see any good pictures here i might switch back to it! *subscribed*

Not sure why you're saying you can't have a simple passed on the Passport. You can have a 4 digit PIN as the password as long as you're not hooked up to any ActiveSync serves that are forcing a more strict security policy to your phone, or hooked up to BES10 at work where similarly strict policies can be enforced on your phone.

I don't mean you can't have a simple 4-digit password, i mean the feature that's prominent on Z10 and Z30's, the 'Simple Password' feature that made it so a large numeric keypad took up most of your screen and let you enter it easily.

On my Passport currently it's hard to type in some numbers in a rush when it's squished along the bottom... also very challenging to unlock the device one-handed because of this...

Yep on the Passport it doesn't exist, think it was for the touchscreen devices ie Z10 and Z30. It is difficult at times to tap in the 4 pin digit code due to the numbers being on the virtual keyboard.

And that's why I miss having it! (i had the Z10)

Even implementing a crude version of it using say, the number dialing keyboard that apps can bring up (i can't name it exactly or any apps that use it, I've just seen it a number of times in the past, it's like the extra symbols keyboard, but it's only numbers across the entire space). That would be perfect for me!

Nonetheless, I've actually liked a few of the photos posted here, may give them a shot!
