    Hi guys, I have a problem. Returned my Passport to my Telco Optus, because of the dreaded screen lifting issue a few weeks ago. Now I have to say, they have been amazing, keeping me informed and such. Unfortunately they rang today, to tell me that Blackberry haven't been responding to their emails, to source a new Passport. Very disappointed to say the least. What can I do now?

    Looks like we're both having problems with Optus and BlackBerry - I literally just posted a thread about it on here.
    I'm tempted to just have my Passport fixed by an unauthorised repairer, and either keep it or sell it to buy a Silver Edition.

    But I'm also tempted to take them to Magistrates' Court/Small Claims and never buy another BlackBerry as I really don't think this behaviour is acceptable.

    It's the service you get from a dying company. I think BlackBerry Australia is a single sales rep with a mobile phone and a laptop working out of a leased industrial unit.

    BlackBerry doesn't even have numbers to call, and the ones they do you can never speak to anyone. Even doing an RMA, they are not allowed to get you in touch with any supervisor, or to voice your concerns. It truly is a ****ty company for service. Makes you not want to support the company when there are companies who understand what service to consumers mean!
