I didn't drop it anywhere. It's getting dim. But still visible. Any idea?
BlackBerry service centre in India is very pathetic

Probably u put a pressure on it without u noticing it? Just buy a display from ebay, amazon or something & just DIY it, but please sent to BlackBerry first just in case if it can be done by BlackBerry.

Connect it to "BlackBerry Link", where you can set the OS back to original status. I could restore my Passport SE via this way a few weeks ago after I had caught a virus by making a mistake. Unfortunately some data got lost, but I got the device completely restored. It was a strange feeling to set up everything again - with more understanding and wisdom.

I think your screen is toast, but does this appear all of the time?

    I agree.

OP did you sit on your phone or put something heavy on top of it?

I would try link, but I don't think that's going to do you any good.

Thanks for your suggestions, it gradually decreased yest but today morning it appeared again and disappeared again in an hour.
May be its an indication of my display being loosing it's charm slowly.

Solutions have been offered previously. If under warranty contact BlackBerry. If not under warranty take it to a shop or repair it yourself by replacing the lcd/digitizer assembly. There are videos on YouTube that will show you how to do it.

If it's not showing in screenshots then it's the display itself.

Get it replaced if you can, or buy a new phone.

But in BBVE all the display test passed. And the lcd cost here more then 100$. So not sure to invest not in warranty
