Ghost Armor is what I have been using, no complaints! Did use Zagg before them but didnt like their warranty replacement costs for shipping. It was like buying a new one anyways

That's debatable, the screen is massive and raised above the frame. You'd be crazy not to fit one. I just have a stock one from ebay, have tried a glass one (again from ebay) but it didn't fit the best. Maybe try a brand name one for a better fit. My two piece case provides a good raised edge all round and great protection. I have dropped it a couple of times on a tiled floor and no damage whatsoever.

Good one, I guess you mean it has a coating on it?
I used screen protector on my Z30 for several months (maybe 6-7?) then I took it off, wow, what a difference. It feels amazing without screen protector and after so few drops, it doesn't have any deep scratches. It does have some scratches but I would consider those wear and tear.. but you know how it is, with a new phone, you always care, try to make sure it doesn't get scratched, etc.. So I figured I'd get a screen protector until initial awkwardness wears off.

I should mention, it would be for AT&T model, which I am having difficulty finding good protectors on ebay or amazon. Reviews are not all that great so far.

The screen is so big and feels exposed, I just got mine and I can't bring myself to peel the factory plastic. I am so bad that I feel like going to AT&T store and picking up their super overpriced crappy screen protectors until one arrived via mail.. What do you think? I guess they don't call us crackberry for no reason.

Oh man, ATT wants $20 for their crappy protectors. Nope I am not buying that.
It'll kill me to wait but I have no other choice... I'll but one from Amazon now.

I always suggest Skinomi. I find their product to be awesome, their prices are decent, and the customer service is pretty good.

+1 for iShieldz. I have had one on my Passport since October and no problems at all. $25 was well worth it. And if I don't end up getting a replacement, it's $7 for shipping and handling. I have ordered a few replacements for previous phones just to have one on standby.

Received my cheap screen protectors (3 for $5) from amazon, while they look really clear and sharp, I can see some variation in color when I shift the screen, there is a rainbow effect under direct sunlight, I am ok for the time being as long as it does it's job.
