Leaked news and facts are always something different than an offcial launch (event), even though John Chen might've already told some pricing and availability details to the press.
I think we'll see, of course, the Passport. While we've already seen so many pictures and a couple of videos, an official live presentation and introduction always gives a better picture. Last but not least there are unknown things like carrier support and worldwide availability.
We'll see BlackBerry Blend and maybe some 10.3 sniplets like mentions of the new UI design or the digital assistent. Especially regarding Blend there aren't many details known yet and a live demo will surely be very interesting.
Last but not least I am crossing fingers we'll also heard about the Classic. We all know the rumored release is sometime in November, which isn't that far away now. Makes sense also announcing and showing off the Classic.
So I guess there is enough stuff to talk about.
Hopefully not double-typed with my Q10
