    Nothing that would matter to consumers.

    The only thing BlackBerry have said is NIAP compliance, which is some security standard that doesn't matter for most of CB.

    Weirdly IOS9 is compliant, BB left it a bit late for this one

    The only evidence of stuff more specific than just NIAP is a few mentions of 10.3.3 in the latest BES12 manual. Something about forcing OS 10.3.3 devices to use certain ciphers for network traffic, which is still probably part of NIAP.
