Start your own and add friends as you make them.

I have found a great way to utilize Groups...

I manage an operations team that are spread out over multiple facilities over multiple towns. I set up a group for each town and one for the "Cluster" of all towns. I get to see their banter of issues and actions while they get to see where and what the others are doing. The calendar allows everyone to know what is planned in each area (chem deliveries and service appointments) so that when someone calls in sick the others know what needs covered. The lists cover minor to do's and supplies needs while the pictures allow me to see the value of the teams work to the client by showing in the field examples of what we are doing to maintain their assets.

The morale is up and staff are now self directing based on informed decisions...

Next up is BBM meetings, going to start that in the new year so that we can cut down on travel.
