So since day 1 I've been running OS 10.3.0.1418, Release 10.3.0.908, and recently have been receiving updates to install 10.3.0.908, yet that is what I'm running... hard resets do nothing and the update notification pops up from time to time, I've almost clicked on 'update' by accident. I don't know what to do about it because other than this weird popup, this phone has been absolutely solid for me, and I mean solid. I'm scared that if I 'update' again to 10.3.0.908 that the phone may start acting buggy as some of the threads I've seen on that lately...

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, we're you able to get rid of it, or did you just ignore it as I've done?

With a size of 75kb it's probably a bit of carrier bloatware or an app update.

Backup all of your stuff (music/docs/vids/contacts/anything else) and then do the "update", it may just be a bit that needs to be toggled by accepting the update, or bloatage as noted above, then that pesky notification may go away.
If it does wonk up your device, you can always do a wipe and restore to factory (sans the "update"), restore all of your stuff, and you are like you were before the "update"......

Mine was a little bit more, only 43MB though.

I went for it after running a quick backup with Backup Pro and turns out all it did was fix a few bugs with some of my Rogers apps as well as, weirdly enough, speed up the boottime around ~10 seconds (i know because I've timed it a few times)! Could just be coincidence, but thought that was neat!

Never a bad idea to make a backup though, it only takes losing it once to realize that!
