Hi for WeChat find version 6.3.13 on apkpure.com or any other reliable site and download this version onto your phone. I use it on my Passport SE and it works very well. I get notifications in the hub when I have a chat and it tells me who it is. I downloaded it from the browser on my phone directly with no problem, I hope this helps. Rocking 24-7 with my Passport SE (Waiting on 10.3.3) & Semi Retired Z10

Have you uninstalled the other version you have on your phone? I would make sure all versions are uninstalled and then install the WeChat version I gave you. You may have to re-setup your account from scratch again. Rocking 24-7 with my Passport SE & Semi Retired Z10

I have uninstalled and download the version u advise but still not work. App can be opened but after I input login &pw it still wait for a long time and show error which said the network problem of my bb....i am so frustrated

It's possible that it's not completely uninstalled.

Which version of BlackBerry do you have? Did you install the ART update on BBW?

Using a PC, attach your device via usb and go to File Explorer of PC to open up the Passport SD card drive--search for and remove the "tencent" folder then reboot your device and reinstall WeChat.
There's a forum on CrackBerry for questions about third-party apps. Maybe there are answers there. Or try to ask the WeChat developers.
