Warranty Support
I purchased my Blackberry Passport give thru Amazon. I am in need of warranty support because of the Camera focusing issue. Blackberry says that their system doesn't show that I purchased the phone from Amazon. So they cant tech support. Any Help would be appreciated.

Did you purchase from "Some company" through Amazon? If it was Sold By Amazon directly, BB should have a record of it I believe.

Ok, in that case did you contact your carrier for initial support?

My carrier is Tmobile they cant help me with warranty replacement.

Please contact Amazon on this regard. Don't know how warranty is handled in the states, but around here you usually claim any warranty stuff through the channel you bought the device, in this case Amazon. Plus I have nothing but good experiences with their customer service. You even can do everything online, just go to your account panel, check your order history, click on the Passport and there should be options about warranty.
