English Arabic? Too bad....my work is selling about 5 for $20 Canadian each.
It's a phone that's been out of production for four years.... pretty much need to search out the 2nd hand market at this point.
is that any version if english only I'll get it...but where

eBay or it's equivalent in your market.
Even if you find a broken Passport for cheap you could use it for parts.

I support the recommendation of eBay. A search can be long and tiresome but one can find very rare items there.
As for the keyboard, there might be local services who can engrave?

Go to Bur Dubai area, if u are in UAE, ull get good passport used devices!
Try to look for SE or Black, buy it, off course u might get an Arabic plus English keyboard, but then change the keyboard if u u only want English! Pprt key board aren't that expensive! ULL get it in Bur Dubai it self too! And if u cannot find, better leave it, coz passport is on a ventilator!
