I cannot connect DNS failure!

A wealth of information. What's the problem exactly? Are you having issues with a VPN connection?
Yes did everything over authentication ok. Now when I go to connect it says DNS failure. Could it have something to do with Max security?

Did not say anything about Twitter any way. As for Max Security, no idea. Don't use it myself. Did the issue start when that was installed?
Twitter was just a search I found that said something about it it but not the answer. I did email them. It started when I pressed CONNECT. So everything good in authentication. Just won't connect.

You probably don't have the correct setup
BB VPN options only allow the most secure
So unless VPN45 uses something like cisco, else you probably can't connect using BB

Did you sign up for a subscription? My VPN took some time and changing of settings to get working properly.

VPN45 is my app of choice. Took several days and very careful attention to settings to get the app working. The dev was very helpful along the way. In spite of what the help files say Autoconnect works so long as you are not going from cellular data to a password protected WiFi. Works just fine on open WiFi or move from protected WiFi to cellular.
Settings are good as authentication is ok. Just DNS failure. A person answered the support@VPN email I sent. But just asked me what country I was in. Yesterday morning. I did purchase.

People, I need your help!
Just purchased this apps for my BB Passport but it doesnt work.
I'd followed the steps but it just wont work.
It tried to connect but keeps showing:
Connection Error
Autentication Error
Does anyone know how to fix it?
I tried to mail it from yesterday but still not getting their response yet.
