Hi guys I just pay and get the vpn service on my android device it's working good and it's connect without any problem. Same I tried on my BlackBerry passport I download the app (vpn unlimited) from play store and I try to connect the server but it's not connect! Same process I do on my android device it's connect well. how to connect the vpn service in my BlackBerry Passport or how to get the vpn profile?

Because I payed the 29$(one time payment) for lifetime I think it's good offer.I need to access the vpn network on my BlackBerry device .

I have one more doubt - digital offer :Get a lifetime subscription to VPN Unlimited for only $29! It's one time payment or monthly we need to pay the cash for vpn service? Because subscription means monthly payment and also they said one time payment .

You would want this on the passport section. What are the errors you got?

It's not connect to the any server. When I try to connect it's say 'user refused to grant permission'
But when I'm use the same app on my android device it's get configuration automatically and it's connect well.

The post on CrackBerry doesn't mention it being compatible with BB10.
Just talks about iOS, Android, Windows and Windows Phone.

Yeah I already see too. But BB10 can support android 4.3 version apps . That's why I installed on my passport. Actually app open well but it's not connect to the server!

But it's well working on my android device.

    Apps can't setup a VPN on BB10.

Not even native BB10 apps can do that. So, Android apps wouldn't be able to do that either. It's just the way it is designed by BlackBerry.

That is why even the VPN services that work with BB10 have you create the VPN profile manually from the VPN settings.

You can check the these results https://www.startpage.com/do/search?...ry+10&cat=web/

That VPN service that you activated doesn't seem to say that it is compatible with BB10.

Just now I received the PPTP settings. But I don't know how to configure the vpn profile. The support centre send login, password, server address and also they send openVPN zip file. I just extract the file but I don't know what to do next.

Sorry to say this but BB Passport doesn't support PPTP or OpenVPN. Your best bet is to install a IKEV2 sever on a Raspberry PI and connect using generic IKEV2 VPN.
