So I have this hub notation saying I have 3 voicemails, but the thing is I don't.
It resists all effort erase, and does not even allow for a choice to delete.
I did the 5 stroke deal and reset, but not luck and ideas?

I'm going on the understanding that the problem is deleting the notification from the Hub (not deleting the voicemails).

By 5 stroke deal I guess you mean you tried resetting the Hub. Did you actually succeed in resetting Hub? I mean did you see the Hub display the message that it was resetting?

I would repeat the Hub reset. Restart the device and do it again if you have to.

Another thought is try a different way to delete the notification. On the main Hub screen, tap the icon at top right to display the Hub quick options. Then try and delete the notification from there.

Last idea I can think of is call yourself from another phone and leave yourself a voicemail. When the voicemail shows on the BlackBerry device, see if it changes things and makes it possible for you to delete the notification.

Happy to hear. Yes, go figure. It's an old trick, just one of those things (and not necessarily a BlackBerry thing).
