I'm having problems getting this working on my phone. I'm with rogers and have the latest BlackBerry Passport OS. What should I ask for and should I also be getting mms along with a visual notification in mind y hub.

Update: yes I have paid for visual voice mail which I have sent change back till I get confirmation that it works correctly.

Wow, Visual Voice Mail can be converted to text? I didn't know that was possible. Well, it is possible from your carrier but I think you have to pay a fee.

Iv added enhance voice mail but even with visual voice mail the vvm section wouldn't convert to text.
