    Why when you shoot video there are bars on the top and bottom? It's also there when you take a picture while shooting video.

    Sounds like you've set the ratio to 16:9. Have you tried setting it back to 1:1? That should get rid of the bars at the top and bottom.

    Never mind. That works only for still shots, not video. It's likely due to the fact that the ratio for video is 16:9, but I could be wrong. Nothing you can do to change it, though, I don't think.
