OK so i've searched and read the silly replies to this question so PLEASE don't bother with silly replies.

With several types and probably voltages of chargers, including the original charger that came with it, my BB Passport is now mildly vibrating whilst charging or is mildly electrocuting me. It reminds me of placing my hands on cattle fences when I was young, but this sensation is a 100 times less.

    any real ideas?

Sounds like a short circuit or maybe a trapped wire connector. Have you ever had any repairs done to the passport? Or a battery change. Does the charging port look good or damaged.
What happens when you charge with the passport switched off.

It's a fire hazard. Stop using it. Get the port fixed.
