    Viber is ****e compared with watsapp.

    Actually, imho watsapp is the role model for all non-native-bbry messaging apps. Same superb experience/integration as Bbm.

    My only problem with Viber is it heats up the Passport so much.
    Oh, and it uses a lot of battery as well.

    Yes, I confirm this. Although it's working so well on my latest OS 10.3.1.1887, it also quickly heats up my passport. Probably, we have to wait for some times to get a complete or native version for BB devices.

    Since whatsapp and bbm support VOIP I am not seeing any benefit sticking with viber. I had issues with this app since android days and it was never stable.

    Anyone not get notifications when you exit the app? I'm not talking about when you minimize (that works fine), cause when i close the app I don't get any calls or messages until I open it again.

    It works but has its issues.

    When it rings, the icons are cut off.
    Turning the sound off is hit and miss. On a vibrate profile at work, it just blasted my speakers when I was secretly replying. I'm not a big user of the app anyways. Always thought it was too flashy and badly maintained.

    I was surprised when I tried to call my other BlackBerry device and there was a big text saying "Unlock your device for Viber" instead of Enter your device password in lockscreen. Unfortunately, yes icons are cut off you have to swipe down from top and tap on app size change it to zoom out or full screen mode.

    I can't answer with passport when I get call, because, answer keys is in lover position (under screen). Does anybodu know how to fix?

    Let me know when WhatsApp has a native desktop client that supports seamless handoff between your phone and Windows, OSX, or 64-bit Linux.
