I'm looking for one of the air vent phone holders that will work with a BlackBerry Passport in a case. I measured my Passport with Seidio case to be about 92mm wide.

The Bell & Howell Clever Grip Max won't go wide enough.

Every car vent is slightly different so I can't recommend a passport holder that uses a vent but I can recommend the Universal dash CD slot mount holder on ebay. It does hold the passport using your CD slot. I have one in each of my vehicles. Check out ebay item #121421129670. Love this thing!

My old holder, they don't make it for the silver edition, but they said the AT&T version will work for the SE.

ProClipUSA.com has a wide selection of vehicle mounts made specifically for the original Passport. I haven't checked if they provide holders specifically for the Passport SE.

I use the Okra Magnetic Air Vent Mount ($8.99 from Amazon) together with the Leather Flex Shell which came free as part of the Passport SE bundle. As I made the purchase, I was somewhat doubtful if the Okra would be strong enough to hold the Passport SE. I am very glad I took the chance. So far, I am very happy with the purchase and the way it works with the Flex Shell. The magnet is very strong.

I actually bought a second Okra so I am using two magnets. It is overkill but it gives me peace of mind knowing it is doubly secure. You should be able to make do with only one Okra. In my first week of using only one Okra (magnet), the Passport fell only once, and that was my fault because I was distracted when placing the phone onto the magnet and failed to make sure that the magnet and the metal plates were properly aligned. The mis-positioning of the phone resulted in only half the magnet’s surface area sticking to the phone. Hence, the drop but fortunately, no damage to the Passport.

Even when I was using only one magnet, I inserted both the rectangular metal plates into the Flex Shell, i.e., between the phone and the Flex Shell. This gives a bigger surface area for the magnet to stick on to. Now, I use two magnets with two rectangular metal plates for stronger magnetic adhesion though as I said above, it is not necessary to use two magnets.

I like this magnetic vent mount because it is fast and easy when I get into the car to secure my phone onto the magnet. It is also fast and easy to remove the phone. Effortless and no fuss. No sliding/insertion into or out of any holder or case mount.
